Kim Harding OAM (M Comm) is the founder and owner of Zenith Payments. Kim has 40 years of experience in business and marketing.
During these formative years, Kim was a finalist in Australian Business Woman of the Year (1982) and Bulletin Young Executive (1987). Leaving corporate life in 1984, Kim formed her own company, Pinpoint Pty Ltd. Pinpoint Pty Ltd developed from a direct marketing agency into a very successful, international loyalty company, operating loyalty programs in Australia, and Asia for 100 million customers, 25 banks and 50,000 merchants. Pinpoint was recognised as the best start up in China in 2013.
Pinpoint Pty Ltd was sold in 2014 to MasterCard and is now their global loyalty platform. Kim is a recognised innovator. She has implemented the design and launch of multiple programs in Australia many of which were world firsts. Examples are:
Pay TV: Qantas Frequent Flyer Program; Credit Card Loyalty Programs: Travel Loyalty Currencies; Direct Marketing; Direct Sales including the Home Shopping Show, Preferred Seating and Clearance Shop: Seniors Cards; Interest Free Payment Plans; Bill Reminder and Bill Payment Services and Prepaid Cards.
Kim has also served on the board of Racing NSW from 2008 to 2011. Zenith Payments, established post Pinpoint, in 2014, is now benefitting from Kim’s entrepreneurial and innovative expertise.
Andrea was recently appointed as Chairman of Zenith Payments in July 2023.
Prior to joining Zenith, Andrea held various executive roles at Helloworld Limited, most recently the Head of Corporate Development where she held responsibility for Strategy, Merger and Acquisition projects, negotiating strategic partnerships, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Property. Previously, Andrea was General Manager Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at Qantas and, over the years, has provided financial advice and led multi-disciplinary teams across Australia, the UK, Italy and the Czech Republic. Andrea is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Peter was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Payments in July 2023.
Peter joins Zenith Payments with extensive leadership, financial and commercial experience, developed across a number of high-profile travel industry brands. Most recently, Peter held a number of C-Suite roles for private equity business Journey Beyond (2019 – 2023), where he successfully led all revenue functions, including sales, marketing, revenue management and customer relations. Prior to that, he spent four years at Helloworld-owned (ASX: HLO) Qantas Holidays (2012 – 2016) as Managing Director.
Peter has a finance and economics background having spent many of his formative years in Corporate and Statutory Accounting.
Peter is a strategic thinker with strong influencing and execution skills. He is an avid mentor and a significant contributor to TIME (Travel Industry Mentor Experience), where he has coached numerous individuals through to graduation of that program.
Kevin has worked with Zenith Payments for over 18 years and heads up the Payments division.
With a wealth of experience in the industry, Kevin launched and oversees the Payments business units at Zenith comprising of multiple payment processing solutions across real estate, education, travel, B2B and other sectors.
Prior to joining Zenith, Kevin held various marketing and management positons in Australia and Ireland. At Ireland’s leading newspaper group, Independent Newspapers Ireland, he was responsible for the award-winning education sector marketing.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Business, Kevin held various marketing, promotions and business development roles with Coca-Cola in Ireland. With State Transit Authority of NSW (Sydney Buses & Sydney Ferries), Kevin progressed through several marketing, website and communication roles
Jane has worked with Zenith Payments for over five years and manages product and marketing for the Payments division.
Jane graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Business in 2004 and began her marketing career in the pharmaceutical industry. She then moved on to consulting for eight years where she enjoyed working across a diverse range of industries, products and services. Prior to joining Zenith, Jane worked at NAB for six years where she developed extensive experience within the banking industry in both marketing and digital roles. Jane is a commercially driven and customer focused B2B and B2C marketer who loves data and finding creative and innovative ways to do things.
Mick is an experienced finance leader with over 20 years in the financial services and travel sectors.
Mick is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services and travel industries. As Chief Financial Officer at Zenith Payments, Mick leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing key areas including financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Prior to joining Zenith, Mick held senior finance roles at several leading organisations, including Aurora Expeditions, Adventure World, and Helloworld Travel, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth and financial performance.
Marie was appointed Director – Rental Rewards & Property Pay at Zenith Payments in May 2017.

Marie brings over 17 years of specialized experience in Real Estate payment solutions, expertly leading the Rental Rewards and Property Pay divisions at Zenith Payments. Her focus is on developing strategic, innovative, and user-centred payment solutions that align with evolving market demands and enhance the experience for tenants, property managers, and real estate partners.
With a Masters in Sociology, Marie possesses a unique understanding of societal dynamics, allowing her to effectively address and anticipate industry needs. Her consultative approach involves carefully identifying client pain points and implementing tailored solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction. Known for her fact-based, methodical, and creative problem-solving, Marie ensures Rental Rewards and Property Pay remain at the forefront of the industry by combining seamless, secure payment options with added value for users.
Marie’s determination and innovative mindset play a key role in driving business growth, positioning Zenith Payments as a trusted provider of comprehensive and rewarding payment solutions in the Real Estate sector.
Kane was appointed Senior Sales Manager of B2Bpay, School EasyPay and Thoroughbred Payments in 2017.
Prior to joining Zenith, Kane spent eight years working in with Racing Victoria as the advertising manager of racing publications Best Bets and Winning Post, and racing TV channels TVN and Racing.com. Preceding that, he spent nine years in sales at ACP Magazines working on many of the country’s leading titles including The Australian Women’s Weekly. Kane places the utmost importance on good client relationships and quality servicing.
Cath has worked with Zenith Payments for over five years and is the Head of TravelPay and TravelPay B2B.
Prior to joining Zenith, Cath held various senior management roles, many specialising in the travel franchise sector. Cath has over 20 years’ experience in the Travel Industry working for major retail groups such as Helloworld Travel, Harvey World Travel, Jetset Travelworld Group, Traveland as well as working in wholesale with Qantas Holidays. Throughout her travel industry career, Cath built strong relationships within the industry including travel agents and travel suppliers which has been instrumental in growing the TravelPay and TravelPay B2B businesses.
John is an experienced leader in customer experience, with nearly two decades of expertise in financial services, payments, and fintech.
John was appointed Head of Customer Experience at Zenith Payments in 2024, bringing nearly two decades of management experience across financial services, payments, fintech, and customer success. Prior to Zenith, he led client experience efforts at New Quantum as Head of Client Success and served as Customer Success Manager at YourPortfolio and Tyro Payments, where he excelled in driving client retention and engagement strategies. He also managed contact centre operations at Australian Military Bank for 5 years and held leadership roles at St George Bank, showcasing a career dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance.
